Outsiders believe a little holiday snow just shuts Seattle down. Not so in the neighborhood of Ballard! Snow turns outdoor seating into mystical secret gardens, simple sidewalks become a sledder's paradise, and Ballard sparkles as advertised. It's Christmas and it's looking white!
