My sister and her puppy Biscuit are visiting from Washington D.C for Christmas and were quite surprised by our amazing snow. This is Biscuits very first encounter with the white wonder and she just loves it! The pictures and video are from here in Edmonds where we have up to 10 1/2 inches in spots. She loves being a Washington Puppy Popsicle.
