Our first attempt at a snowman in Sammamish, WA was a little difficult. The temperature was so cold that the snow wouldn't stick together, but we gave it our best shot anyway.
On Monday December 22, 2008, after another 6" of snow, Maddie (age 12) and her Dad (Dave Fletcher - age 47) gave it another try. The snow was perfect for building a colossal snowman. We decided to go all out and come up with a theme. Since we were both tired of the cold weather we decided to do a "tropical" theme.

nice snowman. it appears all the work must have been done by the attractive young lady and not the elderly old guy with her in the photos.
