Monroe Hillside has snow, then blizzard

On 12/19 Monroe foothills had over 16" of snow, the next day the windstorm hit. Like a blizzard the snow blew is swirls like mini tornados. What was 16 inches of snow is now drifts 2-3 feet high along fences and outbuildings.
