Forest dig out

Forest has become impassable because of the major storm that hit our city. Beacon Hill is very difficult to navigate and now because of the frozen slush we can't get up our hill. There has been no sanding, not even plowing on 23rd. Now the path is almost completed, the neighbors hope to be able to get to the stores.
