Still Snowing in Newport Mountain area

We have been getting non-stop snow action since 12/12/08 and have only left the house twice and the last time we left the house was for a quick stop at our local Albertson’s and Rite-Aid at East Gate. Back in PA, the snow trucks would clean and salt all residential roads after and before ahead of the expected forecast.

Being unable to leave your home close 2 weeks is considered absurd by PA folks or East Coast peeps for this kind of snow severity. PA folks are expert in snow clean up.

I remember waiting for the school bus when below 10 degree was an acceptable temperature to re-open schools and businesses.
