I am not sure when this was taken, it was about at the peak of the flooding, maybe about 3:30. At this point water was over the roadways on 162, Rainier, Emory, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd streets. South Prairie Road and 162 from Emory were closed of course.

I saw this fire station at 2:00 this afternoon and it wasn't this bad....wow! what time was this photo taken?
