South Elma is flooding the water is level with the road. Elma High School Football field and fields near the freeway are flooding. Satsop River is high running water. At freeway enterance Keys Road in Satsop is closed due to water over road. Strawberry Hill in Elma is closed due to flooding and mud slides. That is including all 3 ways up to it. The freeway going into Aberdeen in closed due to water over the freeway. Going through highway 107 is closed at Montesano due to water over road.
