i live on 408th st. in Enumclaw Washington. We are seeing flooding as well. Our culvert is not big enough to handle the amount of water flow, The county is fighting the wild life preserve and vice versa as to whom will be paying for the new culvert. As of now the creek is overflowing and running down the road on either side, Eroding the pavment as well as going into residents yards destroying our property.
