Woodland Ave. in Puyallup's South Hill Flooded

Woodland Ave. in Puyallup's South Hill F

Woodland Avenue between 112th and 128th in Puyallup's South Hill is completely under water. This picture was taken at aproximately 4 pm on Thursday, January 8. There are quite a few homes on this road, including a small ranch where many horses live, just up and on the right from where the picture was taken, and near where the water starts. I drove this road yesterday (the 7th) at about 7:30 am, and at that time the water was barely a foot onto the road coming from a low driveway which was already flooded. The heavy rains yesterday and overnight caused Woodland to become a lake.
