On Rose Point Lane in Kirkland this morning around 9:30am I heard a large bang next door and ran out to see what it was. I thought maybe it was some trees falling down. To my surprise I discovered a house fire 2 houses down. In the distance I heard sirens approaching and grabbed my camera and got a snapshot over the fence. Later it was discovered that a motor cycle had caught on fire in a the carport and the fire spread to the house. Many fire truck came from Kirkland, Redmond and Woodinville to put out the fire. It took a while to put it out and a lot of water damage was done. Fortuneately no one was hurt.
