Looking outside my Tacoma apartment overlooking the Sound just behind the Tacoma Dome. I noticed a Huge very upset dark cloud and thought wow thats a duzy. Watching it pass towards Seattle slowly I barely saw a few drops of rain. This is a very interesting self contained storm cloud not letting go of its power as it passed and dared to deep clean our streets with its fury.
