I came to Kerry park for an opportunity of rainbow. I met a cvideo crew from a local news, Peter and was told that lightning chance would happen. I set up my camera under the heavy rain, cover it with shopping plastic bag. We were joking, TV crew and I, about a lightning strike at the needle. As soon as the crewman left for different job, the lightning striked at the needle, I missed it. This is the 2nd strike I captured. One more after this, I also missed.

That was quite the storm! Thank you for the awesome picture of the lightning. I live out in Lynnwood, and heard thunder but saw no lightning, so I was unable to get a shot (I am still working on the timing for Lightning shots). Very nice picture!
