2009 Aisle of Honor-Vaughn Bay Cemetey

Key Peninsula Veterans Institute sponsored the 2009 Aisle of Honor-with 278 casket flags flying in Vaughn, WA, on Sunday, May 24th. The ceremony included speakers John Lee-WA state Dept. of Veterans Affairs and Lt. Col. Timothy Walker-National Guard. The National Guard 17 Fire Birgade presented a 21 gun salute. Wounded Warrior Russ Carolson laid a wreath for all local and national wounded warriors struggling to regain their lives. The Warrior Brotherhood Veterans Motorcycle Club joined the memorial remembrance, with over 20 members present. The KPVI Veterans and our local community went all out to honor our past and present military men and women-who stand watch every day to protect the USA>
