Korean Air and two chase planes over Duvall

Korean Air and chase planes

About 10:00 this morning, this Korean Air jet and two chase planes went over the house, pretty low (low enough that I could read the letters on the plane), This continued about every five minutes for about 30 minutes or so.

They'd fly a big circle with us at the northernmost part (4 miles NE of Duvall). Very odd.

Cool Shot Must have been quite a sight to see in person. 777 nice planes. The Dreamliner should be out soon too.

We live on the Ridge and this has been an annual TPC event with the "fly by" of one of Boeing's jetliners. It was amazing to see this 777 fly over our house! I can understand how it would've made those who weren't aware of going on a little uneasy.

The airplanes are Canadair T-33 chase planes owned by the Boeing Company. Usually used for air-to-air photography of new airliners or monitoring the flights of new models, such as the 777F during their first flights. Nice, vintage planes. Great shot.

Yeah, I saw this too. The escort planes were definitely NOT fighter jets, just small craft. The explanation of the planned fly over, especially since it seemed to happen in the same circle, over and over again, seems logical.

Just theories. Best one so far is that it was a delivery 'celebration' and photo op. Sure was low.

This was a planned fly over for the Boeing Classic Golf event at TPC Snoqualmie.

Anymore details on what this was about or what happened?
