The 2nd annual Free to Breathe 5k run/walk - 1 mile walk is this Saturday, September 19th, in Tacoma at Dickman Mill Park at 9:00. My mom inspired the first Free to Breathe event last year. She fought this horrible disease for 4 years and sadly passed away last December but not before she cheered on runners and walkers at the first event in Washington State.
