A time capsule was buried today at the Statue of Liberty on Alki. The capsule is scheduled to be opened in 2059. West Seattle's own, NASA Astronaut Greg Johnson attended the celebration and Deputy Mayor Tim Ceis proclaimed September 19 as 'Gregory C. Johnson Day.'
