While I was sitting in my car waiting for my girlfriend to meet up with me, I saw this guy walking his puppy pitbull. After a short while a police officer walked onto the scene to have a chat with this fella. At first I only thought of him as a man walking his dog.However, when the police grew to 4 I knew something was up. I then noticed the man laying on the ground as the police officers snapped their blue gloves on. They took 2-3 bottles of drugs out of his pockets.
