Local Artists Pay Tribute

Art meets politics slightly when some local artists got together to pay homage to the troops on Veteran's Day. Local band, Uncommon Knowledge and local artist Carrie Hughes worked together to make a touching video showing our troops as loving human beings who sacrifice for us daily asking nothing in return.
The you tube video was reposted all over Twitter, MySpace and Facebook as people felt touched by the haunting song and positive visuals.
Uncommon Knowledge consists of local teens Mathieu Gaultier, Kelsey Gilman, Hannah Ginn and Sam Sterns. Mathieu and Carrie Hughes met on the online artist's website Deiviant Art.
