3PM Ferry Tacoma stops in Mid-Route to sound horn for dead

We heard the horn blow out 3 times and then we continued our journey. They didn't say who had died but we assumed it was one of the people who worked for the Ferry system. The only tears that were out on the sun deck were some little kids who got real scared.
