I agree that is not nice - Hoagland Pharmacy is an idependent pharmacy that has been a staple in its community for quite some time. It is great that they are looking to service their community by bringing new staff. Be Ashamed first commenter!

What other things does Hoaglands do? Sounds like a great place to go if the need arises!

I agree its nice to learn about a community pharmacy making strives to stay fresh in the midst of its big box competitors, walmart, walgreens and others. Give the community every chance to succeed and take down corporate. Thank you Komo!

So what does service look like? We mainly deal with Bartells where it is in and out, no personality. A great question is what makes good service? How do you strive for that Hoagland Pharmacy

We work with a pharmacy similar in scope in the Seattle area. Service is making sure your customer is taken care of and the referral sources are happy. Doing everything you can to empower them to be the best they can Thats service.

I think its important to show what companies are doing in the area to better themselves. We have to deal with them on a regular basis so why not let us know they hired a new manager? Why not give us that point of contact? Thanks for the info!
