The 3rd of 4 Navy yard tugs was brought into the marine world at 6:37 p.m. Saturday evening. The boatbuilders cut the steel straps holding the boat, champagne breaks on the bow as it slips quietly into the water to loud cheers from the crowd. The tug is the third of four tugs built at the J. M. Martinac Shipyard in Tacoma Washington. This tug will be deployed at Naval Base Bangor providing harbor assistance YT804 "Defiant"
